Biography
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ilja Tuschy studied mechanical engineering and specialized on heat and power engineering at the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences. Holding a research fellowship by the Schleswig-Holstein Energy Foundation he earned his doctor’s degree in the field of power plant thermodynamics at the Technical University of Dresden. During seven years with ALSTOM Power Ilja Tuschy held various industry positions in R&D, engineering and sales of power plant technology. In 2006 he accepted a professorship of heat and power engineering at the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences.
