Biography
Tim studied energy and environmental management at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences and Flensburg European University. As part of his studies, he spent a semester abroad in Spain at the Universidad de La Laguna. During his bachelor internship and then as a student trainee he worked in offshore hydrogen project development at RWE Renewables, where he wrote his thesis on the future costs and potential of green hydrogen. He wrote his master's thesis on the political framework for action to strengthen the demand for green steel at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research. Tim has been working as a research assistant at the EUF since 2022 and supports the coordination of the master's program in energy and environmental management.
